Bar admissions include Florida, Texas, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jonathan is the Managing Partner of Coto & Palli, LLC. He received a B.A. in Finance from Florida International University in 2005 and acquired his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley in 2008 as the youngest graduate of the class at age 23.

Jonathan spent the first few years of his practice with a large real property firm as a litigation associate. In 2010, he partnered with Jose M. Palli to establish Coto & Palli, LLC. The practice specializes in the representation of domestic and international clients, focusing predominantly on the sale, purchase, lease and financing of commercial and residential properties. He also structures and negotiates financing on behalf of private equity funds as well as high net worth individuals. Florida Legal News: Florida Bar website is upgraded
When Bar members next visit The Florida Bar’s website, they’ll notice some changes made to the “Find a Lawyer” and member profile pages.

Florida Legal News: Broward Judge removed from the bench
A Broward County judge will be removed from the bench for misconduct committed eight years before she was elected to the post.
The Florida Supreme Court ruled June 18 that Judge Laura Watson isn’t fit to serve as a judge because of the way she handled a $14.5 million settlement with Progressive Insurance over personal injury lawsuits.
