Miami lawyer, Patrick Russell, Esq., a member of the Florida Bar since 1994, was recently appointed to the Florida Bar’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for a term beginning September 1, 2013 and ending on August 31, 2016. A grievance committee for the Florida Bar investigates alleged lawyer misconduct cases and upon completion of that investigation recommends to the Florida Bar whether probable cause exists as to a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. If probable cause is determined, the Florida Bar will initiate formal disciplinary proceedings in the Supreme Court of Florida.
Practicing primarily as a Miami insurance lawyer, Patrick Russell, Esq., welcomes the opportunity to serve on the grievance committee and looks forward to promoting and maintaining the high standards of the Florida Bar.
