iPad Tools and Tricks

As a Florida lawyer, did you ever want to sign a document digitally and be able to send it immediately by email?  Sounds very convenient for the on the go busy attorney.  However, are you worried about sending a document with your digital signature and how it could be altered or removed?  Well fear no more, there is a way to digitally sign a document on an iPad and safely protect the same from future alteration.  Given the proper tools it seems you can do this and whole lot more without a lot of difficulty.  One such way described in an article on www.tablelegal.com is to download a popular PDF application named PDF Expert.  The application will allow you to easily create a digital signature using a stylus or your finger and store the same for future use.  Thereafter, you can open a PDF using PDF Expert and recall your digital signature to place it where you want.  PDF Expert works with PDF files stored on your iPad or that are attachments in your email.  Afterwards you will want to protect your signature by taking the steps to embed it in the document through a process called flattening.  Once done, your document has been signed and protected.  To read the full article, click here

In order to seal PDF document you have to use PKI Digital signature technology.

Secured Signing solution allows you to invite people to sign documents online with iPad or iPhone and android devices without downloading any software, all based on HTML5. Draw you signature with a finger or stylus and PKI digital signature will seal your document, any changes made to the document later on your signature become invalid.
