Florida Eviction Package: This package contains detailed instructions and the forms you need to file a simple residential eviction in Florida for the nonpayment of rent.  There are ten different forms included including the 3-Day Notice, Eviction Complaint, Summons, Motion to Strike, Motion for Default, Order for Default, Affidavits, Final Judgment, and Writ of Possession.  Price: $40.00

Three and Seven-Day Notices:  These forms are required for you to begin a Florida residential eviction.  In order to begin the eviction, you must provide at least 3 days notice to the Tenant that rent has not been paid or 7 days notice if the Tenant is not complying with other provisions of the lease (excessive noise, failing to follow rules, etc.).  These notices may get the Tenant to comply, if not, they are ultimately attached to your eviction complaint.
