  • Florida Insurance Law

Russell Law is available to assist you with Florida insurance law claims.  A Florida insurance lawyer will help you with unpaid insurance claims, insurance coverage disputes, and subrogation claims.  Patrick Russell, Esq. , is experienced in handling many insurance claims on behalf of insureds against insurance companies.  Russell Law can help you obtain the compensation you deserve for your unpaid Florida Homeowner Insurance claim .  We may be able to help you if the insurance company denied your claim or you feel you were not paid for all the damages to your home.  Our office can also assist you with a Florida Automobile Insurance claim when your car has been damaged in an accident, stolen or vandalized.  Likewise, Russell Law can help you resolve a Florida Business Insurance claim involving property damages to your business or inventory, or liability claims of persons who allege they were injured when they were on your business premises.

Should your insurance company tell you that there is no coverage for your claim, be sure to have your claim reviewed by legal counsel and do not take no for an answer.  Just because an insurance adjuster or insurance company tells you no does not mean that they are right.  Always seek the help of a lawyer if the insurance company wants you to give a written statement or submit to an examination under oath (EUO).  In making your claim, you must do so in a timely manner and fully cooperate with the insurance company.  Failure to comply with the requirements of your insurance policy could invalidate your claim.   An insurance company will most likely have a lawyer advising it every step of the way during the claims process and so should you.
