Biographical:
Born and raised in Lima , Peru . Obtained a Business Administration degree from the University of Lima and has over fifteen-years of experience in International Business affairs. After completing business school, Cecilia founded a Miami based Import/Export corporation to supply mining equipment to Latin America . Moved on to the computer software industry working for global companies such as The Baan Company, Lucent Technologies, CSG Systems and Ireland based Cape Technologies were she oversaw the US and Latin American Market as a General Manager. Currently working on business development for Russell Law as well as client relations, accounting and billing, and special projects.

Work experience included the negotiation of international contracts with major corporations such as the Verizon Company, AT&T, Bellsouth, Telefonica, etc. Before joining Russell Law, Cecilia was the US and Latin America General Manager for Cape Technologies , a revenue assurance solutions company based in Ireland . Broad range of experience in many business matters. Specific experience in business development, and contract negotiation.
