Florida Real Estate Law

Florida Real Estate LawRussell Law is available to assist you with Florida real estate law.  Our office can help you with Florida condominium association laws and issues. Russell Law represents condominium associations and is available to update and draft amendments to the by-laws or condominium documents.  We also represent unit owners so long as they are not members of the associations we represent.  Should you have unresolved issues concerning unpaid assessments, Russell Law can assist you with the filing or defense of a claim of lien.  Further, we can advise the association or the owner of their rights and obligations under the condominium documents concerning any alleged rule violation.  Finally, our firm can advise the association or the owner of their rights as to who must repair certain damages to the common elements of the association or the premises of the unit owner.

Russell Law also provides legal help for Florida evictions.  Our eviction work includes both residential and commercial properties.  We can help you with landlord tenant matters as either the landlord or the tenant.  A Miami eviction lawyer can analyze your case  involving nonpayment of rent, material breaches of the lease, failure to make repairs, or the refusal to return a security deposit.

Our office also provides assistance for Florida real estate transactions.  A Miami real estate lawyer can help you with your real estate closing, real estate contract review, or the preparation and recording of a Florida Quit Claim Deed.  As to closings, we can review your purchase and sale documents, closing statements and financing instruments.

Finally Russell Law can guide you through Florida property disputes.  We can help you if a dispute should arise between you and a neighbor or a homeowner association as to a boundary or the use of the property.  Our office can review and advise you as to any restrictive covenants or easements that may affect your property.
